Sara Steffens is a journalist and an advocate for workers’ rights. A Minnesota native, Sara Steffens attended Evergreen State College and worked as a newspaper reporter across multiple states. Notably, Sara Steffens led the successful unionization of the Bay Area News Group-East Bay, and later helped secure the first contract for its workers.
