We know from experience that acquiring a spinal cord injury can be traumatic and seem overwhelming for people with the injury and their loved ones. These resources have been developed to help you understand the journey to a ‘new normal’. Each section provides insights into various aspects of living with a spinal cord injury and how to take life back. Please remember, you are not alone in your journey. There is a pathway back to independence, and there are many people here to assist you.
