We are a privately-owned company founded in 1995. The company's founder and president is Robert Harris. Robert began his air conditioning career here in Houston in 1983. After graduating with honors from a local trade school, he hired on at a large, local A/C company. There he learned the field trade experience by servicing a multitude of different types of equipment and systems. He also realized that there was a need in Houston for qualified A/C technicians wanting to open their own companies. Large companies, at that time, dictated the prices of repair; as well as equipment types and availability. Enter R Harris A/C & Heating.
